Reporting rebuilt by hand every time.
Idea

Treat the investor as a product user: one clear path from signup to a subscribed share.
System built

Onboarding with KYC, document management, a deal dashboard and the state of every position.

Separate roles for investor and back office.
Deployed on a VPS with Docker and Nginx, backups and separate environments.
Result

Over €50,000 of investments handled through an end-to-end digital process with a searchable history.
What I learned

In fintech the hard part isn't money: it's making the state of everything readable at any moment.
